Are clients responsible for paying tolls associated with the round trip for services?​

If tolls are required for the round trip, the client will be responsible for covering the additional cost.

What is the cancellation policy if I cannot receive the service or cancel at the last minute?

If you’re unable to receive the service or cancel at the last minute, the full payment for the service will be forfeited.

What is the procedure if I need to reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule, the new appointment time will be based on the availability of the manicurist.

Is there an additional charge if the service exceeds the scheduled time?

If the service exceeds the scheduled time, an additional fee of $15 per hour will apply.
